Supply & Installation
DMI Supply & Install proprietary gas barriers relevant to your project requirements. We stock a good selection of quality membrane and the associated accessories, such as, double sided tape, flashing tape, preformed corner details, top hat details for around pipe penetrations and self adhesive gas membrane. We also stock protection fleece and venting media accessories.
DMI specialise in prefabricated panels, whether they be for large industrial buildings or for bespoke properties.
We can save time on programmes on site by prefabrication of per plot sizes which are tested in our factory prior to delivery to site. We find that contractors prefer this service as the install can be covered quicker by following trades.
Prefabrication
DMI Ltd offer a Supervision package to self install/groundwork contractors.
A Supervisory Operative holding the NVQ Level 2 in Gas Membrane Installation will guide your workforce through the install process from the preparation of the substrate to the joining of sheets, pipe penetrations and corner details along with perimeter details and more complex detailing work.
Throughout the process each stage can be photographed and evidenced that the install has been carried out to an acceptable standard prior to an integrity test if required, and can also be used in our validation and verification process.
